Channel + Flow is a monthly workshop series we debuted in 2021. We meet the last Sunday of each month (Jan-May) at 1pm on Zoom. Each workshop is divided into three parts: looking at art, learning and practicing a meditation or breathwork technique, and connecting the two in a making practice. Each workshop is independant, but all five compliment eachother. Join us for one, a couple, or all five. The word on the street is that they inform, inspire, provide suportive practices, and may even facilitate creative shifts in your own making.
