FAQ

So….

How do my kids make art and practice mindfulness on Zoom?

For the best results, we have one word: consistency. Take 15-20 minutes before class to set up space and materials for your student to work. Ideally, this would be the same place every and time every week. All students will receive a video with set up advice prior to their first class that will include instructions for protecting your electronics and setting up a creative spot. Younger students may need some assistance. Encourage them to bring their creativity and leave self-judgement behind. We will work on those things with them, too.

See above! Creativity is a great practice for your inner kid. Take a few minutes and treat yourself. Set up and clean up nicely and forget about it while you’re making. Enjoy!
