Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative meditation practice where the body is asleep but the mind is guided into a deep state of conscious relaxation. Danielle will introduce the practice and guide you through verbal prompts. Set up a mat, pillow, and blankets or just get somewhere comfy where you can lie down and join us for this beautiful practice.

About Danielle:

Danielle is a 500ryt based in Boston. After completing her 200hr in 2015, she took a trip in India which sparked her love of Bhakti. Yoga in the mood of love, service and devotion that is now a part of her everyday life. In 2021 she completed two 300 hour yoga programs dedicated to being a life time student. Trained in various forms of yoga, pranayama and meditation, Danielle has traveled the world seeking knowledge and enlightenment, as well as the techniques to best instruct others. Eventually, she realized the knowledge she sought from the outside world was within her from the beginning. Danielle loves the slowed down pace of meditation, restorative, yin and yoga nidra which offers a chance to connect back to the soul. She is grateful to all the teachers who have come into her life, especially her guru, Yogi Charu. When not absorbed in yoga, Danielle can be found in the park feeding squirrels and chipmunks.
