We’re back!Big Sky is back with some exciting news. Art Club 3000, our non-profit, is coming home. This means this is the place for our Queensbridge Summer Programming going forward. Private lessons have been going strong - Kerry usually works with about about 3 students/mentees a year - and her students are up to some cool projects with one off to SCAD in the Fall.
Big Sky started as a community hub and creative resource during the pandemic, and we want to make more of those activities available here in our archive and shop. New additions are a sketchbook kit and a free sketchbook kit download. Proceeds for sales and from donations go to supporting our free community efforts, which this year include four Free Family Art Workshops for Queensbridge residents and have included art kit distrubutions for kids in local migrant shelters.
